The custom-coded site
Service and area pages, quote form, and every page your business needs.
Three plans from $117 a month plus a $647 one-time build fee, with weekly updates, researched articles and managed hosting.

What a plan is actually replacing
Nothing itemised
Service and area pages, quote form, and every page your business needs.
A dispatch-style board showing jobs move from request to invoiced.
Registered in your name, or we point your existing one.
Cloudflare hosting with SSL, CDN and DDoS protection.
Every enquiry sent into your CRM or scheduling software.
Weekly updates and revisions handled for you.
The article program
2 a week on Crew Starter and Dispatch Pro, 3 a week on Fleet Command, each 2,500 to 3,200 words and cited.
How pricing and frequency work, what to expect from a specific job type.
Content that reinforces the towns and neighborhoods you serve.
Timely posts tied to seasonal demand, published on schedule.
What actually changes
From invoice to live site
By card through Stripe, which starts the plan. The build fee is not charged yet.
Services, service area, crews and routing, in about 15 minutes.
We fill any gaps and agree the launch date together.
The build fee is invoiced only after you approve the finished site.

What is in each plan
Nothing here is an upsell discovered in month three. This is the whole list, and the only line that is ever added to a monthly invoice is the usage the AI Engine generates on the plans that include it.
$117 / month
The site itself, fully built and fully managed.
$247 / month + usage
Everything in the first plan, plus the AI Engine answering calls, chat and messages.
$597 / month
Everything above, plus the Content Engine publishing for you every week.
Every plan includes the domain, hosting, SSL and 5 revisions a month, turned around within 2 to 5 working days. The $647 build fee is invoiced once, after your site is live and you have approved it.
| Feature and what it fixes | Crew Starter | Dispatch Pro | Fleet Command |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pages that open instantlyA customer standing in a driveway on a weak signal closes the tab before a slow page finishes loading, and calls the next company on the list. You do: Nothing. Speed is measured on every change from our side. | |||
| A page for every job type and every townOne page trying to cover every job and every town ranks for none of them, so the phone only rings for the company that built a page per job.You do: Tell us the towns your crews actually drive to. We write and build the pages. | |||
| Quote requests routed straight into your CRMA quote request that lands in a website inbox nobody checks after five o'clock is a job somebody else booked. You do: Tell us which CRM or scheduling tool your dispatcher works in. | |||
| A live job status widget for your homepageA first-time customer has no way to tell whether their job will be tracked or forgotten between the call and the crew arriving. You do: Nothing. It uses the stage names you already use. | |||
| Weekly updates, not a static sitePrices change, crews get added and towns get dropped, and a site nobody can edit ends up quoting last season. You do: Send the change. No logins, no page builder, no waiting for a developer's free afternoon. | |||
| Researched articles, published on a scheduleA site that launched once and stopped publishing slowly stops being found, and nobody on a crew has time to write. You do: Nothing. Read them if you want to; they publish either way. | |||
| Hosting, security and backups, fully managedHosting invoices, SSL renewals and a plugin update nobody owns are how a working site quietly goes down. You do: Nothing. Nobody at your company logs in to a server. | |||
| The AI Engine: receptionist, chat and follow-upCalls come in while a crew lead is inside a house with a vacuum running, and a missed call at four o'clock is a job booked by somebody else. You do: Approve the answers it gives once during setup. It runs from there. | Not included | ||
| The Content Engine: articles, social posts and reelsSeveral crews across several towns need more published in more places than one person can keep up with. You do: Send photos when you have them. Everything else is produced and scheduled for you. | Not included | Not included | |
| Before and after galleries for completed jobsProof of finished work lives in a social feed nobody scrolls back through, so the page that has to win the job shows nothing. You do: Send finished-job photos through your client portal. | |||
| Found in search, in answers and in AI assistantsBeing invisible in the three places a customer now looks: the search results, the answer box at the top of them, and whatever AI assistant they asked first. You do: Nothing. It is how the pages are built, not an upgrade you add later. | |||
| The legal and accessibility pages your site needsRunning a customer-facing site with no privacy policy, a cookie banner that gates nothing, and forms that collect phone numbers with no consent wording anywhere near them. You do: Read them once and tell us anything that does not match how you actually operate. | |||
| Moving off your current site without losing what it earnedThe fear that a rebuild means a week offline, a lost phone number, and the search rankings the old site spent three years earning. You do: Send us what is worth keeping during onboarding, then approve the launch date. |

What the fee bought
Quotes are grouped by the thing that changed rather than by plan, because the change is what people actually describe.
Content audit and update process for property care scheduling
The review of our property care scheduling pages was uncomfortable reading, in a useful way. Everything now lives in one maintained reference, with the duplicates retired or redirected. Maintaining the site finally feels manageable.
After-hours inquiry capture for property care scheduling
We close at five-thirty. The property care scheduling inquiries do not, and now the website copes with that. Evening visitors leave structured information and an honest response time, nothing more promised. I arrive to a usable list instead of piecing together scraps from three channels.
Content approvals and change requests for property care scheduling
Updating property care scheduling content used to mean describing a change by phone and hoping. Approval and publication both refer to the same recorded version now. Far easier than narrating edits and hoping they survived the telling.
Common questions before buying
Why is the build fee charged after launch, not up front?
So you are approving a finished site before paying for it, not paying on a promise. It is invoiced once the build is live and you have confirmed you are satisfied.
What if I need more than five revisions some months?
Buy more. Extra revisions are a flat $20 each with no hourly billing and no cap, so a busier month never means waiting for the next billing cycle.
What happens to my current domain and phone number?
Nothing changes unless you ask us to. Your existing domain, email and phone number carry over exactly as they are.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
No fixed term. Plans run month to month and can be cancelled with the notice set out in the billing FAQ below.
Twelve more questions
A fully managed website built for a cleaning or home service company: custom-coded pages, a page for each service and each town you serve, a quote form routed into your CRM, managed hosting, a free domain, and weekly revisions. There is nothing itemised on top, other than the $647 one-time build fee invoiced after launch and, on Dispatch Pro and Fleet Command, the AI and content add-ons.
7 days on Crew Starter, 10 on Dispatch Pro while the AI agents are trained, and 15 on Fleet Command with the content engine running. The clock starts at the onboarding call, not at purchase, so the sooner the form is in, the sooner you are live.
Crew Starter is the site itself: fast pages, service and area pages, the quote form, hosting and weekly updates. Dispatch Pro adds the AI Engine, an AI receptionist, site chat and SMS follow-up trained on your business. Fleet Command adds the Content Engine on top of that: three articles a week instead of two, social posts, reels and a managed Google Business Profile. Every plan includes the same core site and hosting.
A revision is any change request you send, and there is no limit on how much goes into one. A new area page, a new service, updated prices, a different photo, a season change: each is one revision. So is something much larger. "Build three new area pages, here is the copy and photos for all of them" is one revision, not three. 5 are included every month. After the fifth, each additional revision is a flat $20, with no cap on how many you can buy and no hourly billing anywhere. Every revision is completed within 2 to 5 working days of you sending it, whatever the size.
Raise it in your client portal. You describe the change, attach anything we need, and it lands with the team as a tracked request so you can see where it is. You can also email us or reply to any thread with our team, and we log it for you.
No. The monthly allowance resets each cycle and does not carry over, so a quiet month does not bank extra revisions for a busier one. If you know a bigger update is coming, such as adding a new service line or a batch of new area pages, tell us and we can plan the request across the right billing cycle.
You pay the monthly fee for the tier you choose up front: $117, $247 plus AI usage, or $597 a month. The $647 one-time build fee is invoiced only after your site is live and you are satisfied with it. Domain and hosting are inside the monthly figure.
Email us and say you want to cancel. Your message must reach us at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, during business hours, which are 9:00 to 17:00 Central Time, Monday to Friday. A message sent outside those hours counts from the start of the next business day, so a weekend email does not give 2 business days of notice for an invoice due Monday or Tuesday. With valid notice, no further invoice is raised and your site runs to the end of the month you have paid for. With late notice, the next invoice is charged as normal and the cancellation takes effect at the end of that month.
No. All sales are final, and that includes monthly fees, the build fee, extra revisions and any cost we pass through at what our providers charge us. We do not refund for a change of mind or for a month you did not use. The one exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge made by our billing: tell us within 30 days and we correct it within 10 working days. The build fee is charged only after you have approved your site, which is exactly why it is not refundable afterwards.
We email and try the charge again before anything changes on your site. If a payment continues to fail past that, work on revisions pauses until it clears, though your site stays live. Persistent non-payment is handled the same as a cancellation without notice, ending the plan at the close of the last paid month.
No. One domain is included free for as long as your plan is active, registered in your name through Cloudflare Registrar or Spaceship, so you own it outright. If you already have a domain we point it at the new site instead and nothing changes for customers who know your current address. If you ever leave, tell us where to send the domain and we transfer it at no charge.
Yes. Tell us the domain during onboarding and we point it at the new site instead of registering a new one. Existing email addresses, business cards and vehicle wraps carrying that domain keep working with no changes needed on your end.
