What happens next, in five steps

Pay the first month by card through Stripe and the plan starts there and then. The build fee is not charged at all while the waiver is open.

Fill in the onboarding form
Services, service area, crews, pricing and where quote requests should land. About 15 minutes.

One onboarding call
We fill the gaps, agree the launch date, and confirm what we still need from you.

We build it
Your build runs 7 to 15 days depending on the plan, and you see it before anyone else does.

You approve, we launch
Nothing goes live until you have signed it off. From then on it is revisions, updates and articles on a schedule.

Honest urgency
The waiver has a date on it, not a timer
There is no countdown on this page that resets when you come back. The build fee waiver runs to 31 December 2026. Order on or before that date and the $647 is never invoiced. After it, the fee returns to the normal terms: invoiced once your site is live and you have approved it.

5 a month with no limit on how much goes into one, done in 2 to 5 working days. Past five they are a flat $20 each, never hourly.
Term
Month to month. No fixed term, no minimum spend, and nothing to buy out if you stop.
What you are billed
The monthly plan fee, charged by card through Stripe when you order and then every month, plus AI usage on Dispatch Pro and above. While this waiver is open there is no build fee invoice at all.

Eight questions, answered
01Is the build fee waived, or just deferred to later?
Waived. The $647 build fee is normally invoiced after your site launches. On an order placed while this offer is open it is not invoiced at all, at launch or afterwards. The offer is open until 31 December 2026.
02What am I actually charged when I order?
The first month of the plan you pick, from $117 a month, charged by card through Stripe when you order, then the same amount each month. That is the whole charge. There is no build fee, no deposit and no setup line while the waiver is open.
03Which plan should I order?
Crew Starter if you run one crew and need the site, the pages and the quote routing. Dispatch Pro if you want the AI receptionist catching enquiries after hours. Fleet Command if you run several crews and need the content volume to stay visible in every town. Every plan can be moved up later without a rebuild.
04How long until my site is live?
7 days on Crew Starter, 10 on Dispatch Pro and 15 on Fleet Command, counted from the onboarding call rather than from the order, because the build cannot start until we know your services and service area.
05What happens if I want changes after launch?
You raise a revision. 5 a month are included with no cap on how much goes into one, and each is completed within 2 to 5 working days. Extra revisions past five are a flat $20 each.
06Do I have to move my domain, my email or my phone number?
No. Your domain, email and phone number carry on exactly as they are unless you ask us to change something. If you do not have a domain yet, one is registered in your name and included.
07Can I cancel?
Yes. Plans run month to month with no fixed term. The cancellation notice period and what happens to the site afterwards are set out in the refund policy.
08What do you need from me before you can start?
Your services and how you price them, the towns your crews cover, where quote requests should land, and your logo if you have one. Copy and layout are our job, not yours.
