How each one is written up
The same five stages every time, in the order the job ran, so two projects can be compared line for line.
Stage 1
Starting point
How the site and the inbox behaved before we touched anything.
Stage 2
The fault
What that cost the team, day to day, in their terms.
Stage 3
What we built
The change itself, and the features it used from the plan.
Stage 4
How long it took
Working days from content approval to handover.
Stage 5
What changed
The result, signed off by the person who lives with it.
Clients are described by the work they do, their team size and their region, never by business name. Every quote is attributed to the named person who gave it.
Questions about these case studies
01Are these real client projects?
Yes. Each case study is one real client project, written up from what happened, and the quote on it comes from the named contact at that business. None of them is a composite, and none carries a star rating, because we never collected ratings.
02Why are the businesses not named?
Every client is described by the work they do, their team size and their region instead of by name. The person quoted is named with their role. You still see exactly what was built and how long it took, which is the part that tells you what to expect.
03My business is not a cleaning or grounds company. Is any of this relevant?
Most of these projects fix the same few things every service business runs into: an inquiry form that collects the wrong details, a site that is hard to use on a phone, questions answered by email instead of on a page, and nobody owning the reply. The kind of work changes the wording, not the fix.
04What would a project like these cost?
The work in these write-ups uses features included on every plan. Plans start from $117 a month, and a new site carries a $647 one-time build fee that is invoiced only after launch.
