The menu below and the next step both change with it.

Cleaning and janitorial companies

Recurring routes, nightly contracts, turnovers

  • Cleaning overviewThe whole build for this trade
  • Recurring residential routesWeekly, biweekly and monthly cleans each get their own page, because a homeowner compares by frequency and a page written for one frequency answers the pricing question before it reaches your phone.
  • Commercial and janitorial contractsA facilities manager checks insurance, building types serviced and shift coverage before anything else.
  • Short-term rental turnoverTurnover work is sold on same-day availability and a checklist a host can read.
  • Specialty and one-time cleansMove-out, post-construction and deep cleans are deadline jobs with different pricing logic, so each gets a page that says what is included and what changes the price.
  • Carpet and floor careExtraction, buffing and sealing are searched by surface, not by company, so the page is organised by the floor the customer is standing on.
  • Every cleaning sub-nicheEight builds, from single crew to franchise
  • Residential recurring cleaningWeekly and biweekly maid service routes
  • Janitorial contractorsFacility crews on nightly schedules

Plumbing companies

Emergency calls, repipes, water heaters, drains

  • Plumbing overviewThe whole build for this trade
  • Emergency and after-hours callsThe emergency page loads fast, puts the phone number in the thumb zone, states the hours you actually answer and says plainly what you charge to come out.
  • Water heaters and tanklessReplacement is a considered purchase, so the page compares tank against tankless in plain language, states what a permit and a haul-away involve, and ends in a quote request rather than a phone call.
  • Drain cleaning and sewer workCamera inspection, hydro jetting, spot repair and full replacement are four different price conversations.
  • Repipes and remodel rough-inRepipe and rough-in work is sold on sequencing and mess, so the page covers how long the water is off, what gets opened up and how the schedule fits around a general contractor.
  • Commercial and property accountsProperty managers and restaurants buy on response time and paperwork.
  • Quote request routingEmergency calls split from quote requests
  • Service and area pagesOne page per job type and town
  • Fast job-ready pagesOpens on a phone in a driveway

Electrical contractors

Panels, EV chargers, generators, service calls

  • Electrical overviewThe whole build for this trade
  • Panel and service upgradesThe page covers what a load calculation is, why the utility has to be involved, what the inspection adds to the timeline and what a typical day on site looks like, because those four questions are the whole sales conversation.
  • EV charger installationWritten for somebody who just ordered a car.
  • Standby generatorsGenerator buyers compare sizing, fuel and transfer switches.
  • Troubleshooting and service callsA breaker that keeps tripping is a same-week job.
  • Commercial and tenant improvementContractors and property managers need to see licensing, bonding, the size of work you take and how you sequence against other trades.
  • Service and area pagesA page per job type and town
  • Weekly site updatesRebates and pricing kept current
  • Researched articlesAnswering the questions buyers search

Heating and cooling companies

Replacements, repairs, maintenance plans

  • HVAC overviewThe whole build for this trade
  • Repair and no-cool callsIn a heat wave the only questions are whether you can come, when, and what the visit costs.
  • System replacementReplacement is researched for weeks.
  • Heat pumps and electrificationHeat pump buyers arrive with questions from somewhere else.
  • Maintenance agreementsA maintenance plan is a subscription, so it gets a page written like one: what each visit includes, what a member gets that a caller does not, and how to join without a phone call.
  • Commercial and light commercialRooftop units and property accounts are sold on response windows and planned maintenance schedules.
  • Weekly site updatesSeasonal swaps handled for you
  • Quote request routingUrgent calls flagged on arrival

Landscaping and lawn care companies

Routes, installs, seasonal contracts

  • Landscaping overviewThe whole build for this trade
  • Recurring maintenance routesRoute work is sold on what a visit includes and how the season is priced.
  • Design and installationInstall work is a considered purchase with a long look.
  • Irrigation and drainageSprinkler repairs, start-ups and blowouts are seasonal and time-boxed, so the page is built around booking a window rather than describing a service.
  • Seasonal and cleanup workSpring cleanups, leaf removal and snow work each get a page that goes live before the season, because the searches start weeks before the weather does.
  • Commercial grounds contractsProperty managers compare vendors on crew size, equipment, insurance and the reporting they get.
  • Job proof galleriesFinished work, organised by job type
  • Service and area pagesA page per service and town

Handyman and remodeling businesses

Punch lists, repairs, kitchens and baths

  • Handyman overviewThe whole build for this trade
  • Small repairs and punch listsPunch list work is sold on a minimum and a clear list.
  • Bathroom and kitchen workA remodel enquiry is a much bigger decision, so the page covers how a project is scoped, what the sequence looks like week by week, and what decisions the homeowner has to make and when.
  • Carpentry, trim and doorsTrim, doors and built-ins are searched by the specific thing that is broken or wanted, so each gets its own section with finished work beside it.
  • Decks, fences and exterior repairsExterior work is seasonal and weather-bound.
  • Landlord and property accountsLandlords and property managers buy recurring turnover and repair work on responsiveness and invoicing, so that page leads with terms and the way jobs get reported back.
  • Job proof galleriesFinished work with the job explained
  • Quote request routingStructured lists, not blank boxes
  • Plans and pricingThree plans, one build fee after launch

Terms and conditions

  1. The agreement

  3. Domain and hosting
  4. Fees and billing
  5. The one-time build fee
  6. Revisions and turnaround
  7. Your content and our content
  8. Ownership
  9. The AI Engine
  10. Your responsibilities
  11. Cancellation and notice
  12. Refunds
  13. Guarantees and their limits
  14. Suspension and termination by us
  15. Liability
  16. General

These terms govern your use of serviceprosites.com and any website plan you buy from ServiceProSites ("we", "us"). Paying the first monthly invoice is acceptance of these terms.

The agreement

The agreement is made of these terms, the plan you select on the pricing page at the time of purchase, the refund and cancellation policy, and any written scope we agree by email. If they conflict, the written scope wins, then the plan, then these terms.

The service

We design, build, host, update and maintain a website for your business on the plan you choose. What each plan includes is set out on the pricing page and forms part of this agreement. We are not a cleaning, janitorial or home service company. The website is a marketing and enquiry tool; the professional service you deliver to the people you serve is entirely yours.

Domain and hosting

Both are included in your plan and neither is charged as an extra.

  • Domain. One domain is included free for as long as your plan is active. We register it through Cloudflare Registrar or Spaceship, in your name, and you own it. If you already own a domain we point it at the new site instead and nothing changes for people who know your current address. Renewal of the included domain is covered by your plan.
  • Hosting. Your site is hosted on Cloudflare's global network, with SSL, CDN, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth included. There is no separate hosting bill, no SSL bill, no CDN bill and no bandwidth overage. It is inside the monthly figure and does not reappear as a line item later.

If you cancel, the domain remains yours: tell us where to transfer it and we move it at no charge. Hosting ends with the plan.

Fees and billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance at the price shown when you buy: currently $117, $247 plus AI usage, or $597 a month. Usage on the AI Engine is billed monthly in arrears at what our providers charge us. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes you are required to pay. Payment is taken automatically on your renewal date from the method on file. We may change prices with 30 days written notice; the new price applies from your next billing date after the notice period.

The one-time build fee

Every plan carries a one-time build fee of $647. It is not charged when you sign up. It is invoiced after your site is live and you have confirmed you are satisfied with it, and it is due within 7 days of that invoice. If you cancel before the build starts, no build fee is charged. If you cancel after the build starts but before launch, we may invoice the proportion of the fee that reflects the work completed.

Revisions and turnaround

5 revisions a month are included in every plan. A revision is a single change request of any size. Additional revisions in the same month are $20 each. We complete revisions within 2 to 5 working days of receiving everything we need from you. Unused revisions do not roll over.

Your content and our content

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you give us to publish: services, prices, qualifications, licenses, team details and any claims about your business. Articles we write are general information for readers; they are not advice for any individual and we say so where the subject calls for it. You may ask us to correct or remove any article at any time.

Ownership

While your plan is active you have a license to use the site. Content you supply stays yours, and your domain is yours throughout. Design, code and templates we create stay ours, and we may reuse patterns across clients. On cancellation we provide an export of your content and articles within 14 days.

The AI Engine

On plans that include it, the AI receptionist, chat and messaging agents answer questions about your business, take enquiry details and book appointments. They are configured not to give professional advice and to hand anything that would amount to advice to a person at your business. You review the scripts before launch. Text messaging requires carrier registration (A2P 10DLC), which we file for you; carrier fees are passed through at cost. You are responsible for consent, opt-out and record-keeping obligations that apply to your own communications.

Your responsibilities

  • Give us accurate information and respond to our requests during the build.
  • Own or have the right to use any logo, photograph or text you give us.
  • Comply with the advertising, licensing and professional rules that apply to your business.
  • Keep a valid payment method on file and pay invoices when due.

Cancellation and notice

You may cancel at any time, but the notice period is strict because billing is automatic.

  • Cancellation must be sent by email to . No other channel counts.
  • It must reach us at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, during business hours: 9:00 to 17:00 Central Time, Monday to Friday, excluding United States public holidays.
  • A message sent outside business hours is treated as arriving at the start of the next business day. A weekend message therefore does not begin its notice period until Monday, and does not give 2 business days of notice for an invoice due Monday or Tuesday.
  • With valid notice, no further invoice is raised and the service runs to the end of the month you have paid for.
  • With late notice, the next invoice is charged as normal and the cancellation takes effect at the end of that month. That charge is not refunded.

We confirm every cancellation by email. Until you have that confirmation, the subscription is active.

Refunds

All sales are final. We do not refund for a change of mind or for unused service. The only refund we issue is for a duplicate or incorrect charge made by us. The full position is set out in the refund and cancellation policy, which forms part of this agreement.

Guarantees and their limits

We guarantee a Google PageSpeed score of 90+ on mobile and desktop for pages we build and host. If a page falls below that because of our work, we fix it at no charge. We guarantee that your site starts ranking for local searches in your area within 3 to 5 months of launch; if it has not, we continue the search work at no additional charge until it does. Neither guarantee covers changes you or third parties make, content you ask us to publish against our advice, or ranking for terms outside your area or services. Neither guarantee entitles you to a refund; the remedy is the corrective work described here.

Suspension and termination by us

We may suspend the site if an invoice is more than 14 days overdue, and end the agreement if it is more than 30 days overdue. We may also end the agreement, with 30 days notice and no further invoice, if we cannot serve you properly or if you ask us to publish something unlawful or misleading.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability under this agreement in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss arising from third-party services such as Cloudflare, domain registrars, payment processors, CRMs or messaging carriers. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

General

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and disputes are resolved in its courts. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable the rest stays in force. Notices are sent by email to the addresses each party uses in normal correspondence. Questions: .
