01When exactly does the Black Friday offer run?
It opens on Tuesday 24 November 2026 and closes at the end of Monday 30 November 2026. That covers Black Friday itself on Friday 27 November 2026 and Cyber Monday on Monday 30 November 2026.
02Does the waived build fee stack on top of the sale?
No, and that is deliberate. The build fee waiver is included in this offer rather than added to it. You are not charged the $647 either way; the sale is what takes 30% off the first 3 monthly invoices as well.
03What happens after the 3 months?
The plan carries on at its normal monthly fee. Crew Starter returns to $117 a month, Dispatch Pro to $247, Fleet Command to $597. Nothing is rebuilt and nothing is renegotiated, the invoice just returns to the standard number.
04Can I order before the sale opens?
Yes, and the build fee is already waived until 31 December 2026, so ordering today still costs you no setup fee. The 30% off the monthly fee applies to orders placed inside the sale window only.
05Which plans are in the sale?
All three. Crew Starter, Dispatch Pro and Fleet Command each take 30% off the monthly fee for 3 months.
06Am I locked into a contract to get the sale price?
No. Plans run month to month with no fixed term, during the discounted months and after them. The cancellation notice period is in the refund policy.
07How fast can the site be live?
7 days on Crew Starter, 10 on Dispatch Pro and 15 on Fleet Command, counted from the onboarding call. A sale order placed in the window is built on the same schedule as any other.
08What if I need more work than the plan covers in those months?
5 revisions a month are included as normal, each turned around in 2 to 5 working days. Extra revisions are a flat $20 each and are not discounted by the sale.
