Recurring routes, nightly contracts, turnovers

A website for a cleaning company that sells recurring work, not one-off jobs

A cleaning website earns its keep when it turns a search for a specific service in a specific town into a booked recurring slot. That means a page per frequency, a page per town your crews already drive to, and a quote form that asks the questions a dispatcher needs answered before anybody picks up the phone.

The route

The jobs this site is built to win

One page per job worth a truck roll, written so the question is answered before the phone rings.

  1. 01

    Recurring residential routes

Weekly, biweekly and monthly cleans each get their own page, because a homeowner compares by frequency and a page written for one frequency answers the pricing question before it reaches your phone.

  2. 02

    Commercial and janitorial contracts

A facilities manager checks insurance, building types serviced and shift coverage before anything else. That page is written for a vendor evaluation, not for a homeowner, and it ends in a proposal request rather than a booking.

  3. 03

    Short-term rental turnover

Turnover work is sold on same-day availability and a checklist a host can read. The page states the window you can hold and routes the request straight into the schedule so nothing sits in an inbox.

  4. 04

    Specialty and one-time cleans

Move-out, post-construction and deep cleans are deadline jobs with different pricing logic, so each gets a page that says what is included and what changes the price.

  5. 05

    Carpet and floor care

Extraction, buffing and sealing are searched by surface, not by company, so the page is organised by the floor the customer is standing on.

What usually goes wrong

Four faults we keep finding

  • One page says "cleaning services" and never breaks out the frequencies, so every pricing question arrives by phone.
  • There is no page for a single town the crews already serve, so nothing local has anything to rank.
  • The quote form asks for a call before it gives any sense of price, which loses the person who wanted an answer in ten seconds.
  • Finished-job photos live on social media instead of on the service page where somebody is deciding.

The one tool built differently for cleaning

Frequency-aware quote form

Asks square footage, bedrooms and bathrooms, then frequency, then routes the result into your scheduling software so a dispatcher sees a ready-to-price request instead of a bare phone number.

Questions

Cleaning questions, answered

01Do you build a separate page for every frequency we offer?

Yes. Weekly, biweekly, monthly and one-time cleans get their own pages, because homeowners search and compare by frequency and a page written for one of them answers better than a paragraph trying to cover all four.

02Can one site sell both residential and commercial cleaning?

Yes, and it should split them from the top of the navigation down. The two buyers ask different questions, so they get different service pages, different proof and different forms, all on the same site and the same plan.

03What happens when we add a town to the service area?

Adding a town is a revision. Send the name through your client portal and we build the page, and it counts against your monthly revision allowance the same as any other change.

04Will the quote form work with the scheduling software we already run?

It routes into your CRM or scheduling tool by direct API, Zapier or Make. Tell us what you run during onboarding and connecting it is part of the build.
