Why there is a fee
It pays for the build, not the upkeep
The monthly plan pays for keeping the site current. The build fee pays for the one piece of work that only happens once: getting a finished, wired, approved site live.
The wiring
The quote form routed into the CRM, scheduler or inbox your dispatcher already uses, plus redirects from your old site so nothing you rank for is lost.
The launch
Domain, hosting, SSL and a speed pass to 90+ PageSpeed before the site goes public. The monthly plan keeps it that way afterwards.

How paying works

The amount is the same on all three. Choosing the plan only labels the payment so it matches your account.

Stripe emails the receipt straight away, and we send a short confirmation as well.

This is a single charge. It does not start a subscription and it does not change your monthly plan.
Before you pay
Five questions, answered
01Is this a subscription?
No. The build fee is a single $647 payment. It does not renew, and it is separate from your monthly plan, which is billed on its own schedule.
02Do I need to pay this?
Only if we have told you a build fee is due on your account. Plans started on or before 31 December 2026 have the build fee waived, so if you ordered inside that window there is nothing to pay here.
03Why is the amount the same on every plan?
Because the build is the same job whichever plan you are on: the design, the pages, the form routing and the launch. What the plans change is the monthly work that follows, so the build fee stays at $647 on all three.
04Is paying here safe?
Yes. The payment happens on Stripe, a dedicated card payment provider. Your card details go to Stripe directly and are never seen or stored by this site.
05Can the build fee be refunded?
Every payment is final once it is taken, and that includes the build fee. The one exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge made by us, which is refunded to the original card. The refund policy sets this out in full.
